During his tenure at Goldman Sachs, he played a pivotal role in developing the Marcus Lending platform as CTO and Head of Lending Engineering.

Babafemi Ogungbamila-EVP, Operations and Technology, Interswitch

As EVP of Operations and Technology at Interswitch, a leading African payment technology company, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s infrastructure, software development, and overall operations.

With over two decades of experience, Ogungbamila has been a key contributor to Interswitch’s growth and success. Since joining the company in 2003, he has held various leadership roles, including Chief Information Officer. In this capacity, he led a large team of engineers across multiple regions to develop cloud-native solutions and leverage big data analytics to drive business insights.

Eric Chijioke– CTO Paga Group 

Eric Chijioke is a seasoned technology executive with a proven track record of driving innovation in the fintech industry. As Chief Technology Officer at Paga Group Ltd, a leading African digital payments platform, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s technological infrastructure and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Since joining Paga in 2011, Chijioke has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success. Prior to his tenure at Paga, he co-founded Apposit LLC and served as Managing Partner. Under his leadership, Paga has processed transactions worth a staggering N14 trillion in the past 15 years, with 80% of that volume occurring in the last five years alone.
